B-NEW is a leading Benelux accountancy and advisory platform serving the SME(+) segment, formed through the strategic partnership between Newtone (Netherlands) and PKF Bofidi (Belgium) in October 2025. Newtone itself was built through the successful combination and full integration of three regional champions – Koenen en Co (Limburg, 2022), HLB WVDB (North-Brabant, 2023) and PKF Wallast (South-Holland, 2023). The international expansion into Belgium followed in 2025 with PKF Bofidi, a leading one-stop-shop for ambitious entrepreneurs. Today, B-NEW operates across 18 offices in the Netherlands and Belgium, with approximately 1,450 FTEs and 65 partners.
