Growth case: Investing in an operationally well managed platform that serves for further growth both organically as well through a buy-and-build in a still fragmented market. A first step in the buy-and-build strategy was the acquisition of the German debt collection business of Transcom, which doubled the company in size. Secondly, the company has acquired and is in the process of acquiring existing debt portfolios. Moreover, the company is investing in further professionalising the organisation, especially in data analytics skills.
